Title: Disastrous Alteration Experience at Dr cleaners Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)
My recent experience at Dr cleaners for an alteration was nothing short of a nightmare. They don’t even know how to do the measurements , when I received the pant, it was apparent that the alteration had been done to the completely wrong size.
This level of incompetence is inexcusable. It's baffling how such a basic instruction could be so egregiously mishandled. The lack of attention to detail is astonishing, and it's evident that a careless approach was taken.
When I brought this issue to their attention, the staff was unapologetic and seemed disinterested in rectifying the situation. Their dismissive attitude further exacerbated my frustration. It's disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.
To make matters worse, I was informed that there would be an additional charge to correct their mistake. This is completely unacceptable. I should not be penalized for their error.
I strongly advise anyone considering them for alteration services to steer clear. This experience has been a costly and emotionally draining ordeal. I implore the management to reevaluate their practices and prioritize the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone.
