My husband and I are so grateful for Dr. Kopp and the amazing care team with Northwest OBGYN. From removing my IUD to delivering my baby, Dr. Kopp has been such a reassuring source of knowledge and it's clear the health and safety of mom and baby are her priority.
We had a rough experience after an induction (medically needed), and my husband and I were in awe of how Dr. Kopp kept calm and reassured us even when things got intense as baby wasn't responding well to the labor process.
Almost needing an emergency c-section, she immediately took charge of the situation directing the care teams and promptly got me to the OR. She worked extremely well with the wonderful Sacred Heart staff to ensure baby and I had the best chance at pulling through and that we weren't having to deal with anything unnecessary.
When baby was stabilized and she determined an emergency c-section wasn't necessary, but an unplanned c-section was the safest option for our baby, she calmly explained what was happening and made sure my husband and I had the opportunity to witness our baby coming into the world. And I was TERRIFIED of a c-section, but her bedside manner and calm demeanor even in the face of a scary situation helped keep me calm and allowed me to enjoy the birth of our son.
My husband and I are so grateful for her and the rest of the Northwest OBGYN team who supported us not only in labor and delivery, but through the entire process. We now have a healthy little boy and recognize the importance of Dr. Kopp's expertise in making that happen 💕
When my teenage daughter began experiencing a number of devastating symptoms, we started her care with Dr. Kopp. It is a difficult thing to establish trust and care for an adolescent with a new doctor, and from our first visit, Dr. Kopp was the perfect balance of professionalism and deep compassion and care. She is knowledgeable, efficient with her time, and took incredible care to explain to my scared daughter what she was doing each step of the way. She empowered her to ask questions, to know her own body, and to show the importance of a strong and good doctor/patient relationship. I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Kopp and her expertise and care. I trust her, my daughter trusts her, and I am confident in her ability to walk us through a difficult time. Thank you Dr. Kopp!!
