My son has been a patient since late 2019, we have encountered a few issues from having to wait for nearly two hours, to them not having anyone on call to fix an issue that can’t wait. Part of his appliance came and mind you the tool they provided in case of an emergency won’t work. We tried taking it off and I then notified the office which happens to be today (March 4, 222), a Friday. Apparently the receptionist told me there is no one on call and they can’t fix this till of Monday (March 7th, 2022) next week at 5PM!! It is very frustrating when they clearly state in your contract that they would have someone on emergency bases. Im a very upset patient and I hope no one has an emergency that’s their child needs fast attention over the weekend because they won’t be much of a help!! The receptionist clearly told me that I had to figure it out on my own and I got even more upset and hung up her!! This is not okay and every orthodontist should have a person on call for such reasonings!!

Been coming here for a long time with 2 of my kids getting braces and the before and after pics of their teeth are amazing! Staff are always so nice and love the celebration they do when you get the braces off’
