The procedure I asked for was septoplasty, but she kept insisting I get plastic surgery. I know this because after following up with the next steps, she didn't approve my surgery, albeit clearly letting her know I wanted septoplasty. A day after, I received a call stating that my insurance doesn't need an approval and it could be done after a scheduled appointment. We were discussing about prices of the surgery and I had let them know that I would schedule an appointment from the document they promised to send me, listing the estimated price. However, they never sent it to me, after a couple weeks. Unprofessional.

A very unpleasant experience to say the least and I know there are other doctors that would want the best for you and not extract as much money from you.
