Got a teeth cleaning a couple weeks ago and when I saw my orthodontist today they said there was a lot of plaque still. Clearly the cleaning here wasn’t thorough.

I tried to make appointment here because I have Cigna DHMO Cigna network said this dentist would be my location. I called and they said they are not taking my insurance, so then I called Cigna network again then they contacted Nester dentist again and then they said they would take me for me to call back. So I called back and left message and left my phone number. So they called me back and told me they will not take my insurance even though they are using the Cigna Network so they shouldn’t be in the list. If they are not taking the Cigna patients and they also told me they were going charge me cash if I want to see them. I told them no, what the point, if you’re claiming this insurance and you are not taking Cigna Dental patients. So they are lying. I contacted the network to get another dentist and let them know Nestor Dentist is not in the network.

Sub standard level of care. Rundown office. Terrible communication. I have literally had better care in third world countries while traveling. 5 months to repair a tooth on my spare dentures. And they had the nerve to ask me to sign a binding arbitration agreement. I have retained an attorney to bring this office’s shortcomings to light and will begin the grievance process with Delta dental. Rundown office, poorly trained staff. Do yourself a favor and don’t trust your dental health to this shady collection of supposed medical professionals.
