Dr. Food made such a difference for me over the last couple of months. I was hesitant to sign up for the program, but for the price you get SO much. The weekly shots and natural supplements helped tremendously with my energy levels and appetite. The team (thank you Rachael!!) helps keep you accountable and on track weekly to ensure your success. An in-depth blood panel is taken at the beginning, and at the end to help track your results. In just a few weeks of the program I lost pounds, inches, AND got out of the pre-diabetic range in my blood work. What’s even better is you can use that blood work with any other doctor you may be seeing for holistic treatment. There was never any judgement when I came in and was maybe off track for the week with my goals, which was wonderful. There is so much shame often around getting healthy, and I never felt shamed, only supported. Definitely recommend!

The first plan to finally work for me! The plan is simple and easy to follow. It gave me the accountability I was lacking. I didn’t want a short term gimmick plan. I wanted a healthy way to lose weight and keep it off. The staff is kind and supportive with no judgement. I would recommend this program to my friends and family

Loved my experience here and everyone that worked at Dr food! They were so supportive on my journey and helped me with different ways to cook my meals. My eating habits changed and I feel so great! Lost 19 pounds and love the way I look!
