Dr Novatt is incredibly thorough and attentive. He caught my malignant melanoma before it hit stage one and I will be forever grateful that he is my doctor. I would not go to see anybody else, and I highly recommend him.

I was stood up by Dr. Novatt's office on 3/1/2023 after calling up to confirm the appointment and date/time a week earlier. Not even the decency of a phone call to cancel. This is the first time in my 70 years of living that a physician's office has done this to me.

Horrible. My last appointment I had a new mole that was abnormal and I have a hx of melanoma. I scheduled and appointment and I had to take PTO for 1/2 the day because the soonest appointment is in and office 1.5 hours away. I drive down and tried to check in and they cancelled my appointment without informing me saying they “thought they had tried to contact me.” The PA I guess decided she had too many appointments that day. I explained how important it was with my history and they said they were sorry but they gone through the records and I was not considered important enough to be seen that day. The next appointment wasn’t for weeks. I saw another doctor who removed it and thank goodness she did. Waiting those next couple weeks after they inappropriately cancelled my appointment could have cost me my life.
