I was very disappointed with our meeting today. She was very rude, argumentative and dismissive! Then she seemed offended when her same tone was reciprocated. She does not explain anything nor does she answer all questions. I recommend a visit to my office for a refresher course in customer service. I will be contacting Centric Health to complete a client complaint. Thank you T. Reyes for your professionalism.
