I called in earlier and spoke with a lady named Yesenia I explained to her my problem and asked her if it would be better if I came in to see a doctor of theirs as a walk-in or go to an urgent care or emergency room she stated for me to go into the office there with her. I drove all the way from Brea California to Montebello just to be told that I need to go to a hospital or an urgent care I have been coming to this doctor's office since I was two years old even my mother. it's sad to say that this will no longer be my primary doctor all because of miscommunication the past years you guys have made some serious changes and they are not good they do not represent your company well and I wish you the best of luck with your clientele cuz it sure has changed and especially the workers there. Rude and show no sympathy. Why even go to work.
