I give 5 stars only for Dr. Helen she has been my OB Dr for 4 years now and has performed two surgeries on me , she is the best Doctor I've ever been to very tentative, knowledgeable, professional and never makes you feel embarrassed. SHE'S THE BEST. I am a Receptionist/Biller and I know the proper etiquette on how to treat patients when they walk in to the time they walk out and the front desk staff here really needs to be more friendly and welcoming they all look miserable they never greet you but are quick to collect copay that's the only time your acknowledged. I don't understand how this hasn't been addressed , you should want your patients to feel welcomed as it is they are probably nervous just being there. The staff lacks compassion . It doesn't cost anything to be kind and welcoming.

The drs are good its the front desk employee that have no people skills very rude and didnt listen to what I had to say about my procedure i had gotten done I'm in so much pain and this employee was very rude. They need classes on how to treat clients. the clients see the employees first and I'm very displeased the way she treated me they need to do better.
