Accelya was so kind and helpful!
I came in with sunglasses that I didn't purchase from Dr. Holbert's, but she was still more than willing to help me adjust them to perfection.
They were a very expensive pair of Rick Owens FW19 'LARRY' Shield Sunglasses, and they came back to me with no issues at all.
I'll definitely have to come back next time for glasses!
Frauds !!!
Holbert & Associates ( Jeffrey Holbert , Scott Holbert and May Ando ) This company takes your money, doesn't do what it's supposed to do, and scams you. When you try to reach them, the customer representative behaves rudely. They lie and say that the manager is never at work. Because of these, I have been without glasses for months and cannot do my job.
Stay away.
The only highlight about this optometry is its convenient location inside the Westfield shopping mall.
I did my regular eye exam, contact fitting, and glass purchase here earlier this year. The initial eye exam felt a bit rushed compared with others I've been to in the Bay Area over the past years. The female doctor that I saw (sorry I forgot the name) for contact fitting was courteous and professional. However, they filed the VSP insurance claim incorrectly, which used up my contact lens purchase budget prematurely with the contact fitting exam. This led to a lot of headache dealing with VSP right now.
EDIT: Response below says "Your remaining secondary pair allowance can be used to purchase contact lens materials." That's not true. Just called VSP this morning and they said this was billed incorrectly. Had to wait for them to correct the billing before I could use my second pair (contact lens) benefits.
Go here if you want to save time and combine the eye exam with a shopping trip, and if your case is "simple". Otherwise, you'll probably get higher-quality service somewhere else.
