Dr. Bird is my oral surgeon, he has placed two dental implants for me and both surgeries have gone great, both procedures were made as pleasant and painfree as possible, but beyond that, his skills have made it possible for me to have back teeth again when that was questionable. I had long been without them, or in the case of my last remaining upper molar, had long suffered with my failing teeth. My regular dentist referred me, and Dr. Bird developed an action plan we have been working on for the last 18 months or so, and I now have a great working upper implant and molar that crunches carrots and steak like a champ, and a second one on the other side on its way in a few months. But before we got there, he laid the groundwork for future work by augmenting my bone, and not just the area he needed to immediatley address, but seeded my upper jaw in several places with material for me to grow new bone on. In future, if and when I will need additional implants, I know he has a roadmap that will get me there. I lived without back teeth rather than wear dentures, but implants are better than your old teeth, they are like your young teeth again. Don't suffer like I did. Let Dr. Bird and his wonderful staff help you feel young again and eat steak without whincing!

I am completely impressed with Dr. Bird and staff! I had my consultation at their Gig harbor location and my surgery at the Tacoma location. I will be recommending Dr. Bird to anyone needing a worry free oral surgery. I left both my consultation and surgery with full confidence about the procedure and recovery.
