I’ve been going to De Yoshikowa’s office since 2001 and they’re amazing. They’ve moved three times in that time, but I still have them. Sad that he retired, I hope that my new Dr there is just as through and caring as he was.

Dr. Yoshikawa is a great Doctor, no doubt, but unfortunately he signed up with a call center to help with his calls. Some of the girls from the call center don't have the experience to deal with patients, although they try to help but sometimes goes horribly wrong, my 3 kids already moved to another Doctor in the area after several years of loyalty to Dr. Yoshikawa because of that reason and because it was difficult to see Dr. Yoshikawa, always another Doctor or nurse!!! in my case I been trying to get a refill authorization for several weeks, a correct referral since they sent me to a wrong specialist twice, I have left several messages for somebody to call me from the Doctor's office not from the call center but nothing. At this point most likely I will have no choice but to sign up with another Doctor next month after decades trusting my health and my family health to this group!! very unfortunate. NOT DOCTOR YOSHIKAWA'S FAULT BUT HIS STAFF AND CALL CENTER.

I am very disappointed with Dr. James S. Yoshikawa's Private Practice Office. My dad, who is a cancer patient had a visit with the Doctor whom referred him to a cardiologist ultimately to have an echo cardiogram performed. The office that Dr. James S. Yoshikawa referred my dad to calls to advise the tech whom did the echo cardiogram has tested positive for COVID-19. My dad calls Dr. James S. Yoshikawa's office for guidance on what to do and you crooks had the audacity to ask for another $30 copay not once but also called back asked about the situation and requested the copay again.If you didn't refer us to this office, we wouldn't be in this predicament. From a family of 4 that has been with this doctor's office for 20 years I can honestly say that I am bit perturbed at the way this office has treated by father. It is really unfortunate to see a once great family health care office turn into a cash for care office during these trying times we are in. Shame, shame.
