The worst place ever . My wife was a few I meant 10 minutes late and they told her to reschedule and my son needed his head checked they told us there’s nothing they can do because we were late

It's ridiculous that you call to make an appointment because your child is sick and you can't even do that. What is the point of having a pediatrician!! The older lady that answers the phone is very rude!! Looking for a new provider now. I jave private insurance!

Dr. Bustamante is the Dr that brought me into this world. Ive been with them ALL 21 years of my life. Very professional up untill now. The older woman named Lupi at the Old river location lacks customer service skills . She hung up on me twice when i asked for my shot records because i told her her tone wasn’t polite . She then ignored my call . Such a good Doctor terrible saff!
