I have been with office for 15 years and in the last 5 years the office has hired some of the rudest front desk staff I have ever dealt with. I was 13 mins late because of a car accident and the girl refused to allow me to be seen because apparently they have a new policy, that I was never informed of, that you can only be 10 mins late. I explained to her that I was under the 15 minutes and I wasn't aware. And if she could please be understanding that my son was very sick and she refused so I asked to speak to a doctor and the doctor was gracious enough to see me. I hope doctor Bustamante sees this and rethinks his front desk staff. This happened at the 34th location.
