Been taking my mother here for year's, Dr. Trail, Mark, Holly, and Maddy, have always gone above, and beyond to help in all cases as she ages, and I also see them myself, and they have worked hard to take the best of care with me, and my mother. Just wished that some of the regular staff were still there, I know at times people have to move on, or retire, but when you've been with them thru thick and thin, well they become a huge part of your life. Thank you for your services, and patience with the both of us. Now just have to get used to the new portion that have recently been replace since some have had to move on. They will be missed. Good luck newbies. You'll find myself, and mother have very little filtration with the team there. Sorry if we've made anyone uncomfortable, just trying to lighten the whole going to the Dr experience. Y'all should try it, as they do have a sense of humor as well as being professional. Thank God.

I wish I could refer this office but I can not. The Doctors and Nurses are VERY good but the office staff is awful. I had a friend go in as a new patient and she turned around and left because the front office gals were so rude. She was telling me the story about going to her new Dr and I said oh is this Dr Trails office and she was so surprised I knew (I did not refer her to you )I was so embarrassed ! This office has bad reputation. Not sure why, short staffed??? I hate calling in to make an appointment or pay my bill.

I just started going to Northside Family Physician a month ago. I've never enjoyed going to the Dr, and to be honest I have avoided getting established with a Primary Care Dr for over 12 years. I saw Dr. Rehmann and couldn't be more happy about my decision to go here. They are very friendly, took their time with me in the room- I didn't feel like they were rushing to get on to the next patient, they are through, and I feel like they really care about my wellbeing. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Rehmann to anyone looking for a Dr who cares! Also his MA Brandi is super nice, and their front desk, Kelly is so friendly and welcoming. I saw some people complained about the wait time in some other reviews- but this will happen at any Dr office!!! At know the wait it worth it because you will get quality care from people who know what they are doing!
