I had the worst experience ever at this office!! I felt like I was not important that I was an older lady that didn't matter. His bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. I have not been to an OBGYN since I had my son 21 years ago and I have always felt great leaving the office, but this experience made me never want to go back. He kinda dismissed my symptoms and made me feel like what I was going through did not matter. I had my 1st pap and I have never had one hurt the way this one did. I went back for a follow up a ultrasound pelvic exam. The exam itself and the tech were wonderful, but then I waited an exam room for over an hour. The nurse who also was not very nice to me, did tell me he was delivering a baby and I told her I understood and could wait a while, but I waited over an hour. I finally left the room and he was in the hallway and said I needed to re-schedule I had other things to go do, and he looked at my chart in the hallway and said I maybe had some cysts?? we could set up something to remove and that was that??? He never informed me about what my options were?? I never got a follow up and I thought how unprofessional to just tell me in the hallway with others around?? I still have no idea what my ultrasound pap results were?? I would have like to know my options and have someone explain to me what was going on. I will never go back
