A girl answered my call then put me on hold twice for a very long time. She sounded very rude and unprofessionally ghetto over the phone and that should be enough to tell you everything you need to know about the doctor here. I knew this dump was sketchy judging by its location and the attitude this particular employe gave.

I came to Dr. Felipe for a 2nd opinion and in hopes to switch him to my new Dr. On my first visit he agreed to do a test my other Dr denied doing. I have a good feeling about him. He is stern but friendly.

Absolutely unprofessional. He effectively for a year and a half misinformed me how to properly get my meds on time. Every 3 months he would find a way to put off our call and delay my prescription, I had to call in to work just to wait all day for his call so he can just fax my info to a pharmacy. He told me four different conflicting ways to properly do it and actively made it tougher for me to do anything as a patient. He has the credentials he went to school for it. He gets paid to do it. And I had to do everything myself I had to go above and beyond to try and understand the proper protocol. He never once proactively set up the appointment so he could call me when he had time.... I had to try to figure out his schedule, and it's not my job... I didn't go to school to do this. His secretaries are basically useless because they poorly relay the information to him. And the fact that he can't personally listen to my voicemail means he just doesn't CARE as a health CARE provider. I don't understand why these people who don't actually CARE about people get these jobs where they ARE supposed to provide health CARE. I basically had to suffer a panic attack every 3 months because the DOCTOR whose job it was to do all this couldn't be bothered. Lazy good for nothing money grubbing, cold and robotic gatekeeper. Pretty sure he lives in the same complex as his office and he literally is the laziest doctor I've ever had. Maybe he's just discriminating against me I don't know it's unfair beyond belief.
