My mother was diagnosed with breast CANCER 7 months ago. This office has lost her lab orders and paperwork repeatedly, causing multiple delays to her receiving treatment.The grevious incompetence of the staff is absolutely appalling. The ENTIRE staff should be fired. I strongly questing the doctor's competence as well since he continues to employee people that can't do their jobs. Complaints will be filed with the state medical board.

I paid $130.00 out of pocket to get a referral for lab results. After over a month after visiting the lab, I received no update or results. I called their number twice to ask about the status of my results. Both times, I was put on hold for almost an hour and then dismissed. The second time, they told me the doctor would call in 15 minutes to give me my results. It's been 2 days, and still no call. I feel I have thrown away money, and my health and peace of mind are their last priorities. I will not be using or referring their services to anyone.
