Please do not go to this Doctor! Dr. Kahlons staff was rude and irresponsible. First and foremost Keith who was taking the appointment by phone was both rude and not very accommodating to both me and my wife. He was very condescending when all we were trying to do was find a appropriate time and date to take my father in law. When we did finally get to our appointment at 3pm the doctor had us wait in a patient room for 50 minutes before he even came into the room. We had to miss the cardiologist appointment we had after and drive back to west L.A. again the next day. I took my father in law there to have his blood sample taken and to be tested for a rare blood disease.They took the blood sample that day and we never heard back from them. After a week passed I contacted them to see what was going on with his lab results and they told me they could not locate Dr. Kahlons order for the blood test nor could they locate the blood sample. I asked for Dr. Kahlon to contact me to see what happened and for an explanation. In fact over the following two weeks I called three separate times and each time the staff (Chyna) said they left Dr. Kahlon an urgent message to call me back. Dr. Kahlon either chose to ignore those messages, thought it wasn’t important enough to call back, or was trying to avoid explaining why they had lost the blood sample. Not only did did they lose the sample, Dr. Kahlon never put the order for the blood tests in the system and never made any attempts to contact us to explain what had happened and what we should do to get the ball rolling again. We put all our trust in him to help us with our father and he still to this day has not contacted us..we already reported him to the Office of Patient Experience at UCLA and will be reporting him to the Medical Board of California..

Dr Kahlon is the first doctor that shows a great balance between compassion, expertise & dedication. He is very knowledgeable and shares his knowledge with his patients. The medical world would be a better place if every doctor was like Dr. Kahlon 🙏🏻❤️
