Excellent level of care from everyone in this dermatology group, including specialist procedures. Highly recommended.

OK this had a very odd setting. I go into check in for my appointment at 3 and I got there at 245 to fill out paper work. So far it's normal. I waited till 330 and no one called me in. Then i had to inform them I had to take care on an erin. Front desk apoligized. Then they called on the phone and said I think this is who is was.(like they forgot) and right away called me in. I had to inform them I had to take care of something... left and came back at 4. slight inconvenience but still could of been a human error or something no big deal. Go into the exam room and the medical assistant(female) apologized as well. She asked for my reason for visit like most doctors offices do. And I expected her to take my pulse, weight, blood pressure, etc; like most doctors office. Nope not this one. Again no big deal..the medical assistant leaves the room and I expected to the doc to come in. But the doctor comes back with the medical assistant. OK I'm thinking she's leave in a few min.. the doc probably needed help opening the door (doc had a cane). Nope she stands at the back of the room by the door looking down at her iPad while the doc asking me questions and examining my arm and leg. I couldnt even describe my concern properly cuz it felt so akward having her in the room. I wanted to have a certain part checked out but not while she's in room. I had to ask her to leave showed the doc and the doc called her back in. I wanted to ask the doc a question but I forgot this whole setting threw me off. So I asked the medical assistant if I could ask the doc a quick question. Oh well he went into another exam, no big deal docs are busy.. I ended up asking the medical assistant (which was a little embarrassing and akward). She went into the exam room asked the doc and have me free samples.. all I can say I hope I don't have to go on a date with her. Keep in mind when making my appointment is specifically asked for a male doctor. As for the doctor it's self he seemed knowledable. I don't know if my condition was super common/simple. He made a quick diagnosis, I felt pretty stupid for coming. He prescribed some stuff and sent me on my way. Glad i don't have a follow up visit.. next time I'll have to look for a different facility.
