I have no words to express my gratitude to Dr Karla O’Dell. She is the best doctor I have ever seen. The only one who diagnosed me correctly and simply saved my life. I’m beyond grateful for everything 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thank You soooo much Dr Karla. ❤️

I was the victim of a billing scam perpetrated by Dr. O'Dell and USC Keck ENT. Dr. O'Dell brought a voice specialist into the examination room BEFORE she had examined me. I thought the specialist (Kacie La Forest) was a student -- I was definitely not told she would be an additional fee. After my laryngoscopy (which I did schedule and gladly paid for), Dr. O'Dell then left me with Ms. La Forest, where I was subjected to a high pressure and unethical upsell of her services. Even though I refused her services or to make additional appointments, and even though Ms. La Forest did nothing otherwise, I was charged $403. When I tried to follow up with Keck USC ENT, they repeatedly sent me to the billing department (who know nothing) in order to avoid responsibility, rather than respond to my complaint of unethical behavior.
