If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately, due to my insurance this is the only place I can go and I would not recommend anyone going here. Stephanie at the front desk is SO rude and never helps every time I call. She puts me on hold until someone else picks up and I have to re-explain everything to them. The doctor is never in, seems like she's on a vacation 12 months out of the year.
My Dad had to get simple paperwork faxed over to another doctor's office and it took 6 months. He needed the paperwork for an eye surgery being done at UCLA and even the doctor's there had problems getting this office to fax over the paperwork.
DO NOT GO HERE. It takes months to be seen for a check-up. I had strep throat and they told me I couldn't be seen for 2 weeks and to go to urgent care. If that doesn't tell you how much they don't care, I don't know what will. This office is trash.

The Nurse Shawna is very rude and insensitive. I wish they would not accept new patients. Their staff do not have time to catered to each patient. I was a new patient and visited the location twice and each time I waited over 2 hrs to be seen. I saw dr Kelly for my first initial visit. We only had a discussion about how I was feeling. 2nd visit 2 months later was with the PA where I had my physical, she requested for me to have a mammogram which cost me $482 & a pelvic ultrasound, my co pay was $138. After waiting over a month for someone to contact me for results and nothing I call the office today. My call was forwarded to Shawna and she answered with a attitude as if I was bothering her. I’m getting older and I can feel my body changing and I know I’m not feeling like myself. 😭😭Im out of $700 in copay’s spent on lab work Dr. visits, pelvic ultrasounds & breast screening with no answers to what is wrong with me 😩😩😩😩 . NOT RIGHT!!!!! Don’t waist your time !!!!!

My mother is 76 years,old. A diabetic, cardiac and hypertension patient. She went in for her 3 month check up. The nurse practitioner saw her instead of the doctor herself. She proceeded to just take her blood pressure and pulse then send her home. She never asked how she was doing, if there were any issues or even if she needed refills. My mother was in need of her hypertension patches and her Januvia for her diabetes. When the receptionist was asked about the refills, she gave her a snide remark that she is not the doctor. That whole staff in Dr. Kelly Ahmed office are a bunch of sarcastic incompetent people. When they finally got around to sending in the refill request 2 days and 5 phone calls later, they did not include the Januvia or the patches. I literally had to call the insurance carrier and have their nurse practitioner put in a prescription for her after a phone consultation to receive the proper medication. I have already called and complained to the insurance company about this. I will definitely be looking to change her primary doctor ASAP.
