Dr. Sian and all the staff at Fresno Plastic Surgery were professional, friendly and efficient. They were always on time and very informative. I knew what to expect every step of the way throughout my surgery process and on the day of surgery everyone was caring and comforting. I am so pleased with the outcoming of my Otoplasty surgery. Dr. Sian listened to exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will use him again if I need any other work done in the future.
I wanted to show Dr. Sian some love by writing a good review for him. He removed a myxoma (benign tumor) from my body, and everything went well from the initial consult to the pre-op appointment, surgery, and post-op appointment. His staff also followed up to make sure I was doing o.k. after the surgery. He took care of me as best he could considering my circumstances. It was a good experience.
I'd like to address the negative reviews. It seems that many of those who gave the doctor a low star rating did so because they felt he was "rude." At the risk of sounding "racist," I'd like to make an observation. I'm from the Midwest where diversity is practically nonexistent; you're either black or white, there's no in between. My move to California was a culture shock with all the diversity. It seems to me that foreigners are more matter-of-fact, and if you're not used to it, it can come off as "rude." It took me a while to figure out that it's just a cultural thing. What they say might sting, but I would rather have someone be frank and honest with me than to be a typical American that must tip-toe around everyone's feelings lest they offend someone with the truth.
