Dr. Lotchie Kerch

Lotchie is very personable and professional. She is a gifted surgeon.

I called her yesterday and made an appointment for 10:30. Today I show up 10 minutes early and nobody is here. I proceed to call her # and nobody responds. I have now waited 40 minutes with no response.

seems she had written down the wrong time and she called me an hour later and asked me to come in. she was very professional and did a good job but an hour late

Dr. Kerch is great! There was efficient communication, great location if you are in Ballard/Magnolia/Fremont and I was able to set an appointment as early as a week. Dr. Kerch is friendly and thorough.
