I was hoping to give her a higher rating but at the end they scammed me and acted like if it was my fault. Let me explain. So I went in around January last year to get braces knowing they didn’t except my insurance my offered a plan that was reasonable so I signed the papers around the same week dr. Mariana put on my brackets even though I still needed four tooth's removed she started that I should go to Sea Mar and ask for those removed as soon as possible so that’s what I did. They had opening in two months….. so I had to wait months with my brackets on getting tighter ever month without no removal and paying her out of pocket. Sea Mar who works with them forgot to schedule in for my removal until I mention it to them months later they said the doctor there couldn’t do all of them at the same time and the time they wanted to schedule me with them that she wouldn’t be there to take them off. So I told my dr. Mariana that she gave me other offices to call so I did but they wanted a consultation first and had availability 4 months later. It was a big mess so I was frustrated and decided to no longer work with dr. Mariana after I payed her around 3,000 to 4,000 already. I went back to her after a month having my mouth finally free from brackets still no extractions and she said we would have to start a new plan since I stepped back and stated she didn’t have those documents no longer but she would give me a small price since I already paid her. I talked to my parents about it they said it was a bit unfair and I still haven’t gone back to her they knew they did wrong when they give me free Invisalign that usually cost 400 and higher…. Maybe I will go back since I already paid that much money out of my own pockets what do you guys think ? And Dr. Marianna I have been contacting you phone text and Gmail and haven’t heard nothing back funny you decided to respond back on my review and I’m back in town what does that mean your gonna start a new consultation just to get more money out of me because you know I pay.

We started coming here because we called it the dinosaur orthodontics and are youngest loves dinosaurs. I’m glad that that brought us here because we have had nothing but positive experiences with the service and staff. They are always speedy and efficient.
