YOU CAN DO BETTER Took 3 tries to get them to respond to fax referrals from my PC; and even then I had to force response on the 3rd try by calling them myself and holding for a long time. Talked to 2 ladies. Both very short/borderline rude. Had me complete paperwork online. That system did not work (I do this kind of thing all the time). Called for help. While trying to explain the problem, the lady either hung up on me, or I was cut off some other way. My browser & wifi had been working good all day; and still is. Given the attitude of the people I talked to and all the other inefficiencies, decided this is a toxic office, and it would be best to pursue care somewhere else. I realize there is a pandemic, but these problems go far beyond those of my other caretakers.
