Dr Bateman is one of the most honest, patient, efficient, apathetic and kindest doctors I have ever met, I have been with him 16 years now and he has done more for me than I have room to write. However the stars are for him and his wonderful nurse Heather, they changed to polyclinic and I have absolutely nothing good to say about them at all it seem to be about power, control and the almighty dollar never the patients, every phone call to his office seems a litany of office staff telling me they don't want to work, or have any understanding in the medical feild what so ever.Why work in the medical field when you don't have or care about patients? We need corporations out of the caregiving fields.
