The visit was great the only problem I have is that I use the Walgreens in Hesperia because that's where I live not Victorville. And what I don't understand is they have my address and know where I live.

The front desk staff in the evening is the worst I've ever seen. My son and I stood in the line a 20 minutes before he was checked in for his appointment. While they set there looking at their computers and playing with papers. If it wasn't for the fact that my son had an appointment I would have left. That's why I'm glad I'm with Kaiser these places out here are a joke. And on top of that the lobby was nasty.

The front desk lady was really nice and friendly, also the waiting time as walk in didn't pass the 20 minutes, including filling out the paper work
