Honestly Dr. Najwa is wonderful. She is carrying and takes very good care of her patients. My kids have been her patients for 8 years now.

These people are so difficult to deal with,if you have to be seen the same day,they make it impossible!Then what's the point of choosing them,when all they do is send you to the ER.I had to change both my daughters from these doctors,Lina C Shammas & Najwa Shamnas. The receptionist and "manager" Amanda & Crystal,do not what so ever try and help they're patients. If my daughters get sick out of the bloom ,they want to schedule me for the following week. These Doctors need a more considerate staff.Very dissapointing.We all have health issues we can't control and need doctors atrention, ER should not be the only option.Amanda & Crystal you guys need some good customer service lessons.Very inconsiderate. Poor Service. If you have children I highly do NOT recommend this facility.
