I have been a long time patient @ Spokane Eye Clinic but new patient of Dr Noakes. I found him to be professional, friendly, and both a good communicator & listener.

Dr Noakes was great and the staff were thorough. Unfortunately we, the patients, were shuttled in and out of exam rooms to wait our turns. It seems that there were more patients than available exam rooms. I arrived early and allocated an hour for my exam and was still in the clinic as my ride was rescheduled.
