Tried setting up an appointment and basically wasted my time. The women on the phone said I can only get helped if I had a physical copy of insurance. I let her know I only had a picture of it with all the info on it and she said it wasn’t going to work. Called the next ENT office I saw online and they accepted my insurance no problem. Not only that - instead of a month wait to get helped it’ll only be a couple weeks ✌🏼

Dr Hamill is wonderful. I have never felt like he didn't care to help my child. He is one of two dr's I've fully trusted in my whole life. He is nothing less than amazing, and the rest of the staff is amazing and ALWAYS kind as well.
