I love Dr. Loftus! I recently had a turbinate reduction, and she walked me through exactly what would happen during the procedure. Knowing what to expect really reduced my anxiety and prepared me. She also has a calming and reassuring bedside manner: we had to stop a few times and take breaks, and she checked in with how I was feeling, which made me feel so cared for. I never feel rushed or like I'm taking too much of her time.
Dr. Loftus has an excellent team: the nurses also have terrific bedside manner and were very thorough during my allergy testing, Andrea helped me understand the process and discussed my results with me. I have never waited more than a few minutes to be seen, and scheduling is always easy.
I can't recommend Dr. Loftus enough for your ENT needs. Her experience and personable approach make her a standout surgeon.
