Dr Paul Sun’s office causes everyone to wait 1-1/2 hours. I left after1-1/2 hours but I was in waiting room with several who waited over an hour. And we were early appointments. He needs to refigure how many people he can see in one hour. I’ll go elsewhere.

I feel like my son received minimal care with this doctor. My son now has a doctor that within 15 mins had a plan for his hearing. I’d take my son in and Doctor Sun would say oh he’s fine. I’d say no he’s not. His eyes are glossy & he’s not talking clearly. Then I took my son to the audiologists which said his hearing is blocked 40% both ears. This happened twice. Thank God my son has a doctor now that listens and has a plan.

I love Dr Paul Sun. He is a skilled ENT and is very responsive. He not only wants to help me heal, he also strives to make me as comfortable as he can. He gives very clear answers to questions, and he has an excellent sense of humor that makes me look forward to seeing him again. I think he is the best ENT that I have experienced.
