Superior experience with Thor. He transferred my files from an older machine to a new one; he explained what the current condition was with the older laptop, reviewed the status of his work after the data transfer to the new laptop, and listened patiently to my follow up questions. A day later I reached out with a couple follow up issues (driven by my lack of understanding), and he walked me through those, too. We had a broken laptop screen that needed fixing. The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated their clear communication about other issues they found related to our problem. I feel they are reasonably priced and are definitely experts at what they do. Thank you Dr. PC Fix!

I brought my 93-yr old mom's laptop in when the hard drive crashed. They were able to recover a majority of the data (if not all) and they installed a new SSD in a reasonable timeframe. Doc provided instruction about how to share my Msft365 subscription with her but I discovered that the Outlook classic program was available and fortunately all her emails loaded. We were both pleased with the outcome and will certainly recommend Dr PC Fix.
