Let me start by saying Dr Grover is awesome. He performed an appendectomy on my 16 year old last year. His office staff is terrible and it’s a shame. My son saw the Dr cause he’s having pains again and dr scheduled an appt for imaging results on Nov 10th. I called and made the imaging appt for Oct 27th. Imaging called me to change the appt cause his office hasn’t sent the paperwork so now it’s Nov 14th. I call to change my appt on the 10th and ask them to send the papers and she says call after his imaging. I said I want to make an appointment now I already have the imaging appt date. She puts me on hold and says he will be seen Dec 1. I asked for a sooner scheduling (my son has pain and the initial appt took 45 days to get seen) then she says it takes time to get the imaging back and I said 2 weeks? And she said yes for a CT it takes 2 weeks…. No way!! 48 hrs at the most!! ….and By the time we are done it will be almost 4 months for a diagnosis. Hopefully it’s nothing serious that needs immediate attention. If he hadn’t done the initial surgery I would find dr elsewhere.

I was very impressed with Dr. Gover's office. I read a few bad reviews and almost didn't go to my appointment. But I had to see for myself. I got to his office and was warmly greeted. I sat down to fill out my paperwork and barely got started when they called me back. Dr. Grover was extremely nice and listened intently to me. I did tell him about the bad reviews, and he was appalled. His office staff was great. They gave me everything I needed and told me they would call me with the surgery date, which they did. All in all I was very happy with his practice and I'm having my surgery next week.

Don't waste your time here they already scheduled 3 appointment so far apart that on the 3rd one. The clerk told me to call my primary dr to refer me somewhere else because they can ocomadate my schedule
