Got a referral to Dr Baker from a fellow dr in her building. They gave me an 800 number. Apparently she is part of the USC /Keck med combine. Called the # got an automated answering system. After mucho waiting a human came on line and asked where I was in the US. Not good!! Transferred me to another AAS ..more time on hold/ muzak/ etc. No one is home please leave a message. Did so no one called back. All of that took 15 mins.
Day 2. Chapter 2
Called a local Pasadena # that I found from Google. Got pitched into the same answering system rabbithole. After 10 mins of the usual waits/transfers/ muzak I got cut off while waiting for a "scheduler" to come on line to presumably book an appt with the good Doc herself. Total time 12 mins.
There is no Chapter 3. I give up. Am I the only one who thinks this is insane. Is this supposed to be progress? To sched an appt with my dentist I call his office, talk to his assistant and set a time. It takes maybe 5 mins..tops!! There is a better chance that SETI will discover intelligent life on exoplanets before I get an appointment with this Doc ..or even get to talk to someone who can make that appointment

I highly recommend Dr. Regina Baker if you need plastic surgery. She is an excellent doctor. My breast surgery came out great. She is the doctor that I recommend. She’s intelligent, personable, friendly, thorough as she explains the procedure being done, confident, answers your emails in a timely manner, knows her stuff, and tries hard to accommodate you etc. Need I say more? Her staff, at least the ones that I have come in contact with are great. PA Zoe Bloom and scheduler Dania Rosas get 2 thumbs up. They are friendly and accommodating. My whole experience was great from beginning to end. Thank you Dr. Regina Baker and staff! I was very blessed to have you as my doctor for my procedure.

I received double incision top surgery from Dr. Baker in July and I couldn’t have had a more positive experience with Dr. Baker and her team. Dr. Baker is not only someone who creates incredible results, but who genuinely cares about her clients. Every time I enter her office, I am greeted by kind, wonderful, respectful staff who love the people they work with. My concerns prior to surgery were met with care and seriousness. Dr. Baker was very focused in our consultation on achieving results that would make me happy, while also explaining to me thoroughly what surgical options were possible with my body. Post op I was checked up on and I had incredible email and phone support! I’m beyond happy with my result and the excellent care I continue to receive. I could not recommend Dr. Baker enough!
