Poor communication from front desk staff. Was not advised of check in procedure prior appointment and they cancelled our appointment on the spot. I was expected to check in prior to arrival, but was sent the check in process (via text) less than 15 min prior to appointment. Then said it’ll be 4 months for the next available appointment.

My mother had a very severe cancer in her face - the Staff and doctor were absolutely Amazing. My mother will be 85 and they treaded her like Gold. I was actually crying for joy! I highly recommend the proffesional care and team work. They took care of my mother from the Beginning all the way to the End! Thank you very Much!
