Nathaniel makes an appointment for my 10 yr old without me confirming (our call got disconnected). I called back to reschedule it, they say I have to go to another location because they no longer have the dr/tech to do a child hearing test, in Carlsbad. Which it had been done before. SO I asked why schedule me for it at that location. "it was a mistake" Then, .... It took over a week to get my son's antibotics prescription!!!! I'm so livid right now as I type this. Never never again.

Dr mehta was my doctor for years. I had a cochlear implant for 8 years but many many months ago I developed a serious problem with drainage which got inc worse. He knew it was bad and did nothing about it. So in June I now had headaches, pain in that ear plus worsening balance problems. So I found a new ent doctor at ucsd. These group of doctors were appalled at the infection..plus other issues .. I had 6 hr of surgery in August. Warning: do not have cochlear implant by Dr Mehta.. Slowly getting better but it hasn’t been easy. Infection was in the bone!!!!i.

Dr. Mehta and his staff are fantastic. Everyone at the office greats you with care. Good follow through on phone calls and answering questions. Office and treatment areas are clean and organized. Highly recommend if you are looking for a physician who cares and really listens.
