This office just rubs me the wrong way. I don't get a comfortable feeling with the Doctors or Nurses. The office staff comes across unprofessional and not very caring or helpful. Two times now, I have made appointments for a Pap smear and have come in to find out it was just a regular physical. It's ridiculous. So I have to reschedule, again! I was seen yesterday by a new intern, when I had requested a specific doctor at the time of my appointment. I was okay with it, she seemed nice... it was such a basic unfulfilling conversation, and I told her my thoughts about depression etc. She agreed, she told me she called had called in a new specific prescription to my pharmacy. However the next day I called my pharmacy to see if it was ready and they had no record of it.
I just always have issues with this practice. Dr. Rolando Atiga was actually quite rude to me at my very first appointment a few years back. He came across very arrogant.
Once I get my new insurance, I'm switching.I do not recommend.I just started a new job and my insurance kicks in on June 1. And I hate to say this but I have medi-cal at the moment and I feel that's the reason I'm not treated well.

I had an appointment and tried calling to confirm the location since I never got a confirmation txt or email but they never answer! I ended up going to the murrieta location which was the wrong one they told me it was the Menifee one and that they were gonna call them for me to let them know I was on my way. My appointment was at 9:30 and get there at 9:45 they check me in and have me do paperwork all for the nurse practitioner to cancel my appointment saying I didn’t make the 15 min grace period. I waited a whole month for this appointment, very disappointing and frustrating.

WARNING DO NOT, I SAY DO NOT SEE OR EVEN BECOME A PATIENT OF THIS DOCTOR NOT ONLY IS HE INCOMPETENT, DISRESPECTFUL, DOESN’T CARE AT ALL ABOUT HIS PATIENTS, AND NOT ONLY HIM, BUT SOME OF HIS STAFF WON’T EVEN TAKE THE TIME WHEN IT COMES TO YOU, YOUR CHILDREN, OR FAMILY. THE ONLY THING THIS DOCTOR WANTS IS TO BE PAID BY YOUR INSURANCE, YOU THINK HE IS A GOOD DOCTOR, BUT GOD KNOWS HE ISN’T. I USUALLY DON’T SAY ANYTHING, BUT THIS DOCTOR HAS PUT MY FAMILY IN DANGER DUE TO DIAGNOSING THEM WITH THE WRONG MEDICAL ISSUES. MY DAUGHTER COULD HAVE DIED, THANK GOD SHE DIDN’T. BECAUSE OF A MISDIAGNOSIS FROM DR. ATIGA AND HIS SO CALLED SPECIALISTS. I HAD TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER TO A HOSPITAL WHERE THEY FOUND HER GALLBLADDER WAS INFECTED AND HAD A 1 INCH STONE STUCK IN THE MIDDLE OF HER GALLBLADDER. SHE WAS SUFFERING FOR 2 1/2 YEARS WITH THIS PROBLEM. DOCTOR ATIGA SAID SHE WAS FAT, HAD GASTRITIS AND DIAGNOSED HER WITH GERD. PRESCRIBED SO MANY MEDICATIONS THAT DIDN’T HELP HER, BUT HE DIDN’T CARE. HE IS THE OWNER OF HIS OWN PRACTICE WITH TWO OFFICES. ONE IN MENIFEE AND A NEW ONE IN MURRIETA. MY FAMILY HAS SUFFERED SO MUCH BECAUSE OF THIS DOCTOR. HE STILL KEEPS HIS JOB AS A DOCTOR AND BUYS HIS EXPENSIVE CLOTHES AND ATTIRE AT THE COST OF HIS PATIENTS SUFFERING AND BEING UNABLE TO GET THE HELP THEY NEED. I AM PUTTING THIS ON HERE BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT OTHER PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES EXPERIENCING THE SAME THINGS WE HAVE GONE THROUGH. PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY CHANGE YOUR PRIMARY DOCTOR TO SOMEONE ELSE THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND FOR THE HEALTH OF YOUR LOVED ONES. MAY GOD FORGIVE THIS DOCTOR BECAUSE HE HAS HURT SO MANY PEOPLE BECAUSE HE DOESN’T CARE ABOUT ANY OF YOU, ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS GETTING HIS MONEY FROM YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY, TAKING VACATIONS AND WASTING YOUR TIME WITH HIS SO CALLED DIAGNOSIS THAT ARE NOT EVEN TRUE. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELVES FROM THIS DOCTOR THAT DOESN’T EVEN CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO ANY OF US ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS THE MONEY. PLEASE GET A DOCTOR THAT CARES AND IS COMPASSIONATE, BECAUSE YOU WON’T GET IT WITH DR. ATIGA. MAY GOD HELP HIM FOR ALL THE PAIN AND SUFFERING HE HAS CAUSED SO MANY PEOPLE. NO STARS FOR THIS DOCTOR BECAUSE HE DOESN’T DESERVE THEM, BUT YOU HAVE TO CLICK ONE STAR OR YOU CAN’T POST YOUR REVIEW. MAY GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU AND KEEP YOU SAFE ALWAYS. 🙏❤️
