Unfortunately Domingo still works there. And the service is still bad. After many years of my mom going there, he practically kicked her out of the office, due to her not being in a "plan". It upset her so much she ended up going to urgent care for hypertension.

Domingo has the worst customer service skills. He seriously needs training on how to be more empathetic towards patients. Dr really needs to evaluate the staff she has. If there was a 0 stars option, that would have been my number one pick just for his poor service. Domingo reevaluate your people skills. You need to be more empathetic. A little empathy goes a long way. Don't be so careless.
