The previous reviewer's 1-star review of Dr. Kaplan and his office describes an experience that is completely contrary to my experiences. The office has always been extremely organized and professional.
As for Dr. Kaplan, he is an absolute pleasure of a doctor with incredible knowledge, bedside ettiquette and is one of the most qualified doctors I have ever experienced. I have never felt rushed, more the opposite, Dr. Kaplan has always been very caring, interested in myself and my family's life, and spends more time with me during our visits than almost any other doctor I have ever had.
Dr. Kaplan identifed a pre-melonoma on my leg which required surgery and potentially saved me from severe desease progression. I go back to him regularly with the utmost confidence and always look forward to seeing him and the staff.
