I went to Dr Shanks for help with my left foot. It was so inflamed that I could barely get around. I have to walk on the side of my foot because I can’t walk on it flat. I have something in my foot that I feel under my skin. She sent me for an MRI but apparently her wi-fi or the report had to be faxed to her. She claims that there is nothing wrong with my foot other than arthritis. I have arthritis in my knees and other places. I know what it feels like and this is not arthritis. She sent me away with o referral or any help of any kind. I can’t refer her as a doctor to anyone because she doesn’t care or have any qualification to do her job.
