Did not listen to any of my concerns. Drove 3 hours in hopes of getting help. He brushed me off. My primary and another specialist Dr said they would never send patients to him again and sent me to another dr who actually did the test and got to the bottom of my issues. Waste of gas and time. His MA'S are just as bad they rush through the whole questionnaire. Acted as if my concerns were minimal.. I went to him because of his ratings. I couldn't believe how I was dismissed the way I was. I have been getting recurring infection caused of balance issues and always being put on antibiotics that did not work. He said stop taking the antibiotics. Which I did just to end up on them again. I wonder.if the.reviews and rating are paid for because his bedside manner , non empathetic professionalism showed me otherwise. DO NOT WASTE your time. If you want caring, Dr., and good health care, I recommend Stanford Sinus Center.
