I waited about a month for my appointment & I’m glad I did. Dr Bracy is an excellent physician! She is very kind. She spent a lot of time with me & answered all my questions. I left very satisfied. Highly recommended!
I went to Dr. Bracy's office to replace my IUD. 1) I was told they they would email me an invite to the online portal. Email did not contain the default password for the portal. Had to call in to get it. 2) Was told I had to call the pharmacy to give them the insurance information for the IUD. Have never had to do this at any other clinic. 3) Once the IUD was approved, was not informed by the office for 6 weeks. I called the office to check in. Told I needed to call the insurance company to have them "release" the IUD to the office, then set an appointment after. When I mentioned that I had not had to do this at any other office, was told that every office does it differently. No apology for delay. 4) Cancelled my appointment because insurance would change before procedure could be completed.
Waste of time.
