Dr. Kiang was very welcoming, friendly, professional and I felt that I could ask her anything about my eye health. It was a very excellent experience.

Some of the other customers were very rude and entitled while we were there. The staff was running 20 minutes late, which is understandable, but some were insisting that they be seen on time. Staff was great- Bruce, Ou and Dr Jiang were all super nice- but if they could explain that everyone has been waiting it would help.

My experience with Dr. Yih-Hua Helen Kiang was overall quite pleasant. Scheduling was easy, I was very happy I could get an appointment later in the day. Everyone who helped me was also very polite and helpful. I did feel like the eye exam was somewhat rushed and not as thorough as other optometrists I’ve been to. Also, communication like letting me know to bring my contact lens box to reference information and where in the Macy’s store this location was. Of topics COVID related, it was quite difficult to hear Dr. Yih-Hua Helen Kiang through a face mask and face shield with her very soft voice, but I did feel very safe with all the precautions being taken during my visit.
