If you can jump through all the hoops to get an appointment it might be great care. First had fill out an online screening. Then when I called back they couldn't find my online screening. Played phone tag for a couple weeks. Finally got ahold of them again. They found the online screening but then needed to send me more forms to fill out before I could make an appointment. I guess I will go elsewhere. I don't have the time nor the patience. I just want to see someone for my CPTSD. Edit: in response to your post....all of the documents "required by law" could have been requested at the same time as the appointment was scheduled. I have seen many therapists. You are dealing with people with mental health issues. Just attempting to make the appointment takes a lot of work and courage for some of us. Your lack of concern and snarky response prove your lack of concern or empathy for your CUSTOMERS. This has all just reinforced my plan to seek help elsewhere.
