Drainage Masters replaced a failed roof drainage system and in the process also installed a channel drain and a new water / electrical conduit line. Of those I contacted for the project, they provided the most detailed quote. The office staff was communicative (esp. since the conduit was an add-on they wouldn't typically do and required some coordination between myself and the crew). I found all the workers to be professional, and they got the job done in less time than I had expected. Highly Recommended.

If you deliver packages here, if you're wearing a sweatshirt make sure your hood is down and take your sun glasses off or the gentleman will make you feel like a criminal even if your wearing a branded vest from your company. Absolutely rude for no reason I was nice and polite to the ladies in side come out to be harrased by the gentleman coming back inside. Also gave me a mean glare when I pulled in. Even though I drove very slow and polite. Very very rude! Unprofessional to say the least.

I hired Drainage Masters to do my retaining wall this last summer. The wall was completed and I was not happy with the outcome. I called in and the general manager called back right away. I was definitely stressed out considering the amount of money I was paying to get it done and just had some other major repairs done to my home! Needless to say I was not easy to deal with. The general manager was very responsive, understanding and listened to all of my concerns. The owner Seth and the general manager (i cannot remember his name) came out to look at the wall. They agreed the wall need to be fixed and assured me it would be fixed and apologized for the inconvenience. They came back and reinstalled the wall within 3 days. I was definitely impressed with their willingness to take responsibility, fixed the problem fast, and kept me calm by responding to my 100 calls I would highly recommend them and will be referring to any of my family or friends Thank you for taking such good care of me and having great company values!
