Great customer service! Garrett was extremely knowledgeable on carpet products needed for stairs. He was also flexible with the install date. Construction took a bit longer than anticipated and he was very understanding and made the job happen when we needed. Highly recommend using them!

Several years ago I had Drapery Affair install laminate flooring and was pleased with both the product as well as the workmanship. So this time, when I needed another room treated, I returned and was not disappointed. I had a time squeeze which Garrett was able to meet - the floor was installed ahead of my deadline and looks terrific. Will I go back in the future? Definitely!
