My 3 year old daughter was diagnosed with level 2 autism right before she turned 2. She has been attending dream big for over a year now. She has made so much improvement. over a year ago she could say about 10 words, now she can pretty much have a full conversation. Her therapist Alondra is amazing with her. her psychiatrist says she is now considered high functioning Having level one autism. early intervention really helps. I am so happy and so thankful she's made such amazing progress in such a short time. The things that she's learning with them she will use for an entire lifetime and I couldn't be more thankful. The only thing I don't like about dream big is they Are very short staffed & seem to have a very high turnover rate for employees. My daughter started going there in February of 2022 and since then she has had at least 3 different behavior consultants because they've all quit or gotten fired. My daughter currently goes part time from 1 to 5. I have been waiting for 3 months for another therapist to become available so she can switch to full time and go all day from 830 to 430. The communication between staff and parents Could be a little better as well.
